Achievements:

This development has been stepped up in the past few years. Ruma now supplies various oil and water swellable compounds for a wide range of applications for the above-mentioned industries.

During the past few years, a trend towards higher and higher voltage classes has emerged in the High Voltage cable industry.  During the last two years Ruma R&D has developed a complete range of cable accessories, together with the customer, for voltages up to 550 kV. Our next challenge is to develop a range of cable accessories for voltages up to 700 kV.

Ruma R&D is continuously optimizing this product and the associated production process. We have been able to produce a belt of the highest quality, resulting in a high-grade product.
