Research & Development
Research & Development comprises three separate units: Design, Research and Development. The Design unit is responsible for product development, process development, research, CAD drawing and design. This unit has the right expertise in-house to develop made-to-measure products. Technical moulded products are our speciality.The Research unit focuses on the development of new rubber grades, rubber applications and quality optimization. The Development unit’s core activities are product development and product optimization and testing new and improved products.
Laboratory
The laboratory is equipped with modern testing, control and measurement equipment, including its own pilot plant, and uses advanced analysis equipment to test and analyse products. All our compounds are developed on the basis of ‘100% compound control’. In the laboratory’s compounding department we develop new compounds and applications, often in collaboration with our customers. These products have to meet the most stringent requirements for characteristics such as durability and life span and must be able to withstand chemicals and extremely high temperatures.
Organisation
